Our local service area is the greater Tampa & Sarasota area.

We contract projects all over the country and are not limited to our local area.

Extended Area

Most extended travel projects only require an initial site meeting for walkthrough and collection of site measurements for as-built drawing creation.

Most designers, architects and builders can provide accurate as-built information, without the need for a preliminary site visit, with all support design meetings conducted on-line. Zoom meetings, with screen sharing, can be more engaging and constructive, than in-person design sessions.
